Embodying the maxim “success is the best revenge,” the song “THE REV3NGE” glorifies Joey’s return to the rap game, five years after ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$.

The vengeful single continues the rollout for Joey’s third studio album, which started with the release of the three-track bundle The Light Pack in July 2020.

The song was performed during several Joey concerts throughout 2021. On October 12th, the Brooklyn rapper reposted a video of his live performance, claiming that he would release the song if the post reached over 20,000 comments. The song was officially announced on January 9, 2022, along with a trailer previewing a cinematic music video for the song.
